PESA MEDIOAMBIENTE S.A.U. in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), informs the user of this website (hereinafter, the “User”), located in the site https://pesa-ma.com/ (hereinafter, the “Website”), of the following conditions, which will govern the processing of the Users’ personal data in the context of the use and interaction with the Website, as well as the processing of your data regarding the contact you may establish with PESA MEDIOAMBIENTE S.A.U.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

The personal data provided by the User through this Website may be processed by PESA for the following purposes, depending on the type of data provided by the user, as well as the interactions that the user enters into with PESA through this website

  • Purpose: The personal data of Users who contact PESA through any of the contact channels made available on the Website, will be processed in order to give answer, manage and respond to requests for information, questions or suggestions.

From what sources does the data come?

The data that PESA processes come from the following sources:

  • Data provided by the user through the completion of forms made available by PESA or by any other means by which the User enters into a relationship with PESA (e.g. name, surname, email, telephone)

  • Data generated as a result of browsing and use by the User of the website (e.g. sections visited)

  • Data generated as a result of the development, processing and management of the relationship between the User and PESA (e.g. number of contacts made with the client)

 

To whom is your data communicated?

What do you have to guarantee when providing your personal data?
