Pesa Medioambiente, following its vocation to offer the most efficient and profitable solutions for any water and/or waste treatment plant, has just signed two exclusive representation agreements with two companies of technological reference in sludge treatment.

I + M ZIZMANN, the leader in solar sludge drying technology that allows dryness of up to 95% to be achieved, making it a substitute for fossil fuels with a consequent reduction in the CO2 emission quota. In this case the representation agreement reaches, in addition to Spain, South America and North Africa.

VTA, a leader in sludge sonication, brings improvements that translate into increases in biogas production of up to 20% and reduction of sludge management costs by increasing dryness, after sludge dewatering, to values of 25-30%, and reducing polymer consumption by 10-15%.

The incorporation of each process separately or their complementarity substantially improves the profitability of the process and its sustainability, both in existing plants and in new facilities.

The improvement and saving parameters that have been contributed are the measurable results obtained in numerous successful cases in installations executed by the company itself, such as in Cornellà de Terri (Girona, Spain), in Targu Mures (Romania) or in the more than 50 installations that have similar equipment.
